Is TickOff free?
Yes — TickOff is free for a group with up to 3 people and 30 active tasks. Pro unlocks unlimited groups and members, AI quick-add, photos, calendar sync and CSV export.
Can my partner and I share one to-do list?
That's the whole point. Create a list, invite your partner with a link or QR code, and you both see updates in real time — with a push notification when something's added or ticked off.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. TickOff installs to your home screen straight from the browser — same experience on iPhone, Android and desktop, with no app store needed.
Can I sync tasks to my calendar?
Pro members can subscribe to their lists from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook, so tasks with due dates show up automatically alongside everything else.
Can it keep track of servicing on our machines?
Yes. Equipment keeps each machine's service jobs, hours or km, service history and rego in one place, and pings the people responsible when a service is coming up, a rego is due or a warranty is about to end. Each group can have 1 machine free; if anyone in the group has Pro, it can add as many as it likes.
Can it remind my crew before their licences and tickets run out?
Yes. Each person keeps their own private list in Licences, with the date each licence, ticket or certificate runs out, and gets a reminder before it does. They can share their list with their boss, who sees it and gets the reminders too. A list holds 1 thing free; it's unlimited when the person or their boss has Pro.
Can it remind me before a warranty runs out?
Yes. Keep the things you've bought in Warranties, with the receipt and the date the warranty ends, and TickOff reminds you a month and a week before it does, so anything wrong gets fixed while it's still covered. Share the list with your partner and the whole household's warranties are in one place. A list holds 1 warranty free; it's unlimited when you, or someone you share it with, has Pro.
Can I use it for a shared grocery or chore list?
Absolutely — groceries, chores, packing lists, work punch-lists. Add tags to keep different lists tidy, and assign tasks so everyone knows who's on what.
